Breathe

One of the things you always hear from others, perhaps if you are crying, or in pain. You see posters that say "just breathe." Quotes, therapists, everything says breathe.

See, I don't think people truly take this statement serious because it's everywhere, perhaps not even some of the people that say it.

When you're upset or considering suicide just stop and breathe.

It might be difficult sometimes especially if you've been crying, but, the feeling of just stopping to fill your lungs is one of the most amazing feelings I've experienced in the years I've been alive.
