Shelby Harris is a girl who doesn't believe in herself.
Matthew Boyle is a boy who tries to change that.
She is the lower class dancer and he is the dancer with a World champion title under his belt.
When Matthew moves North with his family to get out of debt, he leaves his old dance school behind and joins the Kavanagh Academy where he and Shelby cross paths for the first time.
