You are Lucifer's favorite human — or possibly favorite person in general. Which is why he is furious when he hears that your ex-boyfriend used to abuse you, but at the same time, he just wants to hold you forever and treat you the way you deserve to be treated. He doesn't really understand either emotion, but he does know that your lousy excuse of a boyfriend deserves to be punished.
However, he's only ever heard of this guy, but never met him. That changes, though, when Lucifer and Chloe come across him on a case, and at the sight of him, Lucifer's eyes turn red and he rages, ready to kill the bad man who has tormented you in ways he won't allow you to be. Luckily, Chloe manages to stop him, insisting that your ex will spend the rest of his life in jail, but it does take all of her strength. It's obvious Lucifer hates this man, and loves you.
