Solace in a Day

Everyone’s day seems just as different

As tricycles would take you to anywhere else

While, followed by, the touch of summer heat

Do anything as finding what will make a person—

Happy, or at ease

Heed the choices of attaining relief in this day, but

It is always we should plod first on the scorch—

Of this choice of yours

Surely the path taken will both be torments and ecstasies

Even all these said sweet flowers are what are not—

At the beginning

Sure it is, perpetually at the beginning

Anguish defines the onset always

But be afraid not, continuously

Because

All what is a race is not always about Start

All what is a day is not constantly its hardest part

If Agonies’ prologue is now without reach

Treat the chance now for some comfort in a day

For some solace in a day seems just as different

As some are relieved living beside the rivers

Wonderfully, some are happy—

With just some salt and water in their rice

Or jeepney drivers are calmed by hikes of fair price
