chapter 2

I looked behind me and I met eyes with a tall, handsome guy around my age. I looked into his deep brown eyes and really got a good look at him. Then it hit me. That's the guy everyone at school is obsessed with.

I never really was a fan of boy bands so I didn't pay any attention to them. I only knew about New Kids because everyone in my school fangirls over them and my best friend, Shay, is obsessed.

"Hello?" he asks, waving his hand in front of my face.

I shake my head and smile, "Oh sorry."

"Star struck?" He chuckles. Okay well if he's going to be stuck up then I might as well not even bother.

"Actually, no. It took me a moment to figure out who you were."

He put down his bags and sat down next to me.

"And?" he asks. Wow he's really annoying already.

"And what? I don't care who you are so go bother someone else." I admit to him as I look around and I realize that's there's not really anyone in this airport but us.

"That's a relief. It's been awhile since I met someone that doesn't care. What's your name?"

"Why don't you go catch your flight?" I roll my eyes.

"I missed my flight. Looks like you did too." He informs me.

I roll my eyes. I don't know why I'm acting like this to be honest. He seems nice I guess and not to mention he's very attractive. I just feel like most famous people are stuck up and bratty but maybe he's different.

"Well if we're stuck here for 24 hours, we might as well make the most out of it." He announces as he stands up and spins around with a big grin on his face.

He takes my hand and lifts me up. He spins me around while laughing, "It's going to be fun, I promise."

I smile at him while he twirls me around.

This might not be so bad after all.
