I had back to the house I want to help my brother with his chores. Once I get back I'm greeted with a slap
"Where have you been! It's your chore day!" Yelled my mother. she's so annoying I.....I sigh
"no it's demons."
"Well now it's yours to!" I just sigh again. My parents will make any excuse on why we're in trouble even for the smallest things. I go over to help my brother in the kitchen as we clean a chemical falls out if the cupboard crashing on the counter and getting in our eyes
"AAAHH"
we both screamed covering our eyes. One of our parents come in
"WHAT'S ALL THIS NOISE ABOUT!"
our dad...
"We got something in our eyes. We need to go to the hospital." Said my brother hoping they would actually take us "your fine let me see." We open our eyes it doesn't hurt so bad sense were practically immune but the shock was mostly the issue. Even despite this we know it's not got for it to be in our eyes
"what the f---! There red and glowing!"
Everything looks funny I see information on our dad and objects it's hard to focus on one thing but in total it's hard to see anything. In the end they have to take us to the hospital we go to the emergency room. Once we get checked on they say by the time they finish one eye the other is permanent and that we can choose which eye we chose the right eye to stay glowing and the left one to be fixed. Once our parents pay we leave when we're back home they slap and kick me for being 'clumsy' I won't let them touch my brother. I also made sure he didn't know other wise he would flip
