I walk up to the school as happy as I could be! I was so happy to be one of the 16 students to be admitted to the school for the most talented. Who knew a gamer could get a life? Then, I blacked out.
I woke up in a room, a classroom, but I didn't know why. I was freaked out of my mind, I looked for my gaming bags, full of my systems, cartridges, and disks. I couldn't find them. I needed them, I wanted them, they were my life.
I decided to get out of the room and look around. I heard voices coming from the gymnasium and walked toward them. I was pretty happy to see the rest of the students, I made a list so I knew who was who:
- K5(me): Super High School Level Gamer
- Lizzy: Super High School Level Artist
- Amanda: Super High School Level Singer
- Rabeya: Super High School Level Animator
- Ethan: Super High School Lever UFC Fighter
- Angelly: Super High School Level Fantasist
- Ryan: Super High School Level Engineer
- Brian: Super High School Level Baseball Player
- Gaby: Super High School Level Actress
- James: Super High School Level Gangster
- Abbate: Super High School Level Computer Technician
- Julia: Super High School Level Mathematician
- Coco: Super High School Level Literalist
- Marvin: Super High School Level YouTuber
- Aidan: Super High School Level Comedian
- Destiny: Super High School Level Fashionista
"What the hell is going on," Destiny said. "I have to do hair in like 5 minutes!"
"What is going on," Abbate said. "My family must be worried, all of our families!"
Everyone was looking worried, but stopped talking when the spotted me. "Who are you?" Asked Lizzy.
"Um... I'm K5," I started. "Super High School Level Gamer."
"A gamer," Coco said. "That seems like an abnormal talent."
"It's what I live for." I said.
Then a podium started to rise from the gym floor. A weird looking bear was standing on the top. Half of it was white with a cute looking face and the other half was black with an evil face, with a red thunder bolt looking eye.
"Hello," It exclaimed. "I'm Monokuma! Your principal!"
No one said anything.
"I know what you all are wondering," Monokuma began. "'What's going on?' ' Why am I here' Let me answer that for you!" Monokuma hopped of his podium, he was three feet high and made a weird sound as he walked.
"You 16 students are very special! And very talented! But the thing is, only one of you can survive!"
We were all in shock at that comment. One of us? What can that mean?
"Hey," Yelled Brian. "This is messed up! I'm going to call the cops!"
You can't," Monokuma said. "You have no communication to the outside world!"
"What?"
"Yes indeed! No one knows what has happened to you, and you have been here for 2 weeks!"
"2 weeks," Amanda exclaimed. "My parents should have noticed! It's been 2 weeks!"
"Hush," Monokuma said. "You will figure out soon enough on what has happened to all of you, but let me tell you the rules of the game!"
"Game?" We all said.
"Yes! Game! The only way to escape is to be the last one to be alive! You must kill your classmates! When a body has been found by 3 or more people, I will say that a body has been found! You only have two hours to find clues on who was the murderer, and a trail will be held! When you and your classmates discuss about what you found and what you think, you state who the murderer is! If you guess correctly, the murderer is punished!"
"Punished?" Coco said.
"Yes, punished! You will be killed by yours truly by a punishment that is already set up for you, if you are to be punished that is! But if you guess incorrectly to who is the murderer, the murderer lives and wins the game while the rest of you are punished as one!"
"This is stupid!" Yelled Ethan. "We would never kill each other!"
"You say that know," said Monokuma. "But wait till you see the tapes I set up for you guys!"
All of us stood there in unbelief. A murder game. I'm all in for games, but not ones that involve real life murder or harm.
"Oh, and by the way..." Monokuma tossed me two large duffle bags. Everyone watched as a zipped them up and found my video games, I couldn't help but smile.
"You won't be smiling when you see your tape," Monokuma said. "Know off you go! To the computer room!"
***************************************************************
I sat down at the computer labeled with my real name, I took it down quickly. I inserted the tape and put on the headphones attached to the computer.
"Hi Kevin," My mom said from the video. "I hope you will enjoy your new school! I'm very proud of you!"
I was about to cry from the site of my mother, I missed her so much. She was smiling like I would be, but I wasn't.
"I left you the new system and disks you wanted! I hope you enjoy that! And remember, I love you!" Then something terrible happened. My mother was gone and what I saw was a blood stained couch with bullet wholes and slash marks.
I was screaming, crying, I lost controll. Some of my classmates had the same reaction some was sitting, looking at their screen in shock. I didn't want to kill anybody, and I won't, it would never happen. I pulled my 3DS out of my pocket and started to play Super Smash Bros., 1V3. I knew I was going to win that game, but I wasn't sure I was going to win this game, the murder game.
