I got of the bus and haled all my stuff to the apartment complex we were staying at. My mom got separated from me when we were getting of the plane she accidentally got on the wrong bus , that was heading for a city 3 days away. I texted my mom and she just said to go inside and talk to the owner, luckily my mom is best friends with the owner so she knows who I am. I began making my way to the apartment complex it was a nice little place in the middle of nowhere, it was nice and cozy, witch was good because it was the middle of fall and it was getting cold. The building was made out of brick but the bricks were very old and beginning to chip of. I walked up to the big  birch wood doors , the hinges were old and rusted ,they looked like they could snap at any moment. I slowly opened the door , it made a loud unpleasant noise that would probably that everyone in the building know someone just walked in the building. I walk up to the front counter and see Jessica, she was the owners daughter and she was very nice , she had a country accent . She had long dark brown hair and gray eyes, she was wearing a sweater and jeans . " Hi Jessica " " oh , well hello there y/n" she was nineteen so she was alot taller than you. " Do you need the key for your room" " yep " "ok, here you go your on floor 6 room 66" " ok thanks " I said as I took my key and walked towards the elevator . I got on and pressed the button that said number 5 , but I guess I wasn't paying attention because the number 4 lit up, the doors opened and I looked out to see a dark hallway curious, I walked down it . It looked abandoned , I saw a small figure at the end of the hallway, crying. I walked to the small child " what's wrong" "SHE DID THIS TO Me!" I shut my eyes hard when I opened them she was gone "god....." I held my head in pain I my way back to the elevator and got to the sixth floor . " Uh thank God" I that out a sigh as I walk to my apartment door I reached my key and fumbled with them,  then I heard screaming from the room right next to mine.
