Chicken Curry with Carrots and Potato.

Prep time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

>15ml sunflower oil
>1 onion, chopped
>150g carrots, peeled and sliced
>400ml water
>2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
>1× Mild Durban Curry Dry cook-in-Sauce
>500g chicken pieces, cubed
>80g frozen peas

Method:

1)In a pot, brown onion in oil, add carrots and cubed chicken breasts and brown for 5 minutes.

2)Add the water and potatoes to the pot, stir in the contents of the sachet of Mild Durban Curry Dry Cook-in-Sauce and bring to a boil while stirring.

3)Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4)Add the frozen peas and simmer for a further 5 minutes.

5)Serve with 200g white rice.
