I think this song bc of the true story it's based on which is (in short and from my memory) about a very young girl who lives with her mom and sister her mom took drugs so her sister was like her mom untill her sister dies and her mother does to she goes and she lives with her grandfather and he abused and raped her untill he eventually died and Susie was left alone and she was robbed and the robber killed her yet she had no one to care that she died the name is also similar
I love this song even though it is sad
