Seto Kaiba x Kisara
Maybe? I don't know, modern day Kaiba is cold to everyone or just to every duelist he duels against. (I think. Correct me if I'm wrong.)
So for me, him being in a romantic relationship is kind of hard to imagine. But maybe, Kisara could change that? His past self seemed to care a lot for her, so maybe he could still have those feelings if he ever met her.
But I think I prefer Priest Seto with Kisara, and Kaiba with Joey.
