Dear diary, i still can't believe my ear
When i went to the hospital
For a check up
I saw jungkook
I was curious on why he is here
I saw him talking to a nurse
He was asking about his heart condition
I was stunned
He has a chronic heart disease
And he needs transplant but theres no available heart for a transplant
I hide myself and cried
I cant believe he is hiding this from me
Jungkook ah
Why are u facing this alone
I am going away and he is going away too
I cant see him go away
I wish he could survive his disease
