"Annabel Lee, Annabel Lee
Your happiness we will guarantee"
Is your sepulcher by the sea so sorrowful?
Are we not the savers of your soul?
Were not your high-- born kingsmen merciful?
The kingdom by the sea would have consumed your bright eyes.
We saved you from the ever Deceiver.
The promiser of the most fleeting kinds of child like love.
"Oh, you do not understand?"
Think of what happens when you are no longer a lovely Dove...
"Annabel Lee, Annabel Lee
We will set your soul free"
Men's mindless emotions are so fleeting.
You, Annabel Lee, must not be wasted on them.
Your soul is not for their mistreating.
The wingéd seraphs will keep this Dove's soul from being condemned.
Is not Angelic Heaven better than the kingdom by the sea?
Here you will forever be the maiden with bright eyes.
The maiden so easily dissevered from her lover.
You will ever be safe from revenge in the guise of love unwise.
"Annabel Lee, Annabel Lee
We will love you far more than he"
Can you not see your chilling was a Mercy killing!
Do you not find it an Honor-- to be chosen by God's chosen ones?
Why is your heart so unwilling?
Here your beauty out shines the sun's.
Can you not see?
You are more than just another Annie,Elizabeth,Eulalie,Helen,or Lenore.
Recant your insignificant love!
You, Annabel Lee, will in glory live for Evermore.
"Annabel Lee, Annabel Lee
With your family, you will now fly high above the sea"
