Hei, Queenchelsea0922 or Chelsea here! In this tutorial I'm going to teach a simple... I guess? Blending Cover in PicsArt!
First, open PicsArt and click on edit!

Next, open a Wattpad cover template and a background!

After that, click "Add Photo" and choose a picture or texture! Then, go to "Blend" and select "Overlay" after doing so, click on apply.

This part is completely optional! If you want to put a render it's totally fine!

After that, bring it to Phonto and add a filter if you want! Filters are completely optional as well!

(I used "SRGB Tone Curve")
After that, click done and apply text!

When choosing colours, using of the same colour scheme is highly recommended but you don't have to! Let your imagination run wild! ☆〜（ゝ。∂）after adding text, voìla! You made a blended cover! Hope this helps (⌒▽⌒)
