Journey through the Valley

Have I really entered?
Will I ever know?
Where am I headed?
My dear Lord, please show

Where shall Thou leadeth me
On this long and winding journey?
What shall the outcome be
As I go through the valley?

Looking down from the mountain peak
I see a deep valley for me to take
But by faith, my heart follows what You speak
With courage, every step towards the valley I take

Your ever close abiding Presence
Is all I long for to sense
And this shall I take with me all the way
Even when I can't see ahead the way
