"Can you see if the oven is hot enough," said the witch. Gretel came back a while later saying,"I can't tell if it's hot or not."

Angrily the witch screamed at Gretel saying," You insolent child! Can't you do anything yourself! I'll just have to do things myself then."

When the witch bent down to check the heat, Gretel pushed the witch into the oven then quickly shut it. She then freed her brother from the cage and made sure the oven door was shut.

Seeing the witch come to an end, Hansel and Gretel left the witch's house and set upon the path to get back home. As they were walking they realized they had no clue where they were going.

They then came upon a man walking with a fishing pole. They approached the man and cautiously got his attention. The man stopped and upon hearing their dilemma he said, "Yes I'll show you back to your home" and under his breath he said, "Oh, what a tasty meal this will be," as he smiled and bared his fangs.
