finally

Farkle pov

I can't believe it he hugged me it felt like it was going on for so long I never wanted to leg go of him, his body was so warm I really need a friend and he was the friend I needed
I knew the hug lasted way to long good thing Lucas said we needed to get back to class I agreed with him and we walked back to class together

Maya pov

I was getting worried Lucas and Farkle took long to get back to class what could they have been doing
As I was thinking to myself I saw Lucas and Farkle hugging outside I'm pretty sure I was the only who saw I was the only one looking at that direction something serious must be going
I saw both of them walking back to class and entered
"What took u guys so long huckleberry" I said jokingly like always with a little laugh
He told me he didn't want to talk about it and neither did Farkle I thought I would confront him about the hug but in private I don't know what might be going on between them two

Rileys pov

Lucas and Farkle have been gone for quite awhile but they must be talking the way Farkle froze and rushed out of here was weird they just need a bit more time
They both entered the room
"Welcome back guys" I said joyfully as always
"I hope you guys worked things out, Farkle I hope you're okay" I went up to give him hug
"Lucas you better have cheered him up" I said with a laugh
He gave me a little laugh he has such a nice laugh and a beautiful smile I wish I could have him but he told me he isn't normal that he's gay he told me to keep it a secret and so I did I haven't told anyone not even Maya he really wanted to keep it a secret he only told me because he didn't want to hurt me if we have dated I'm glad he told me the truth I just hope he finds somebody he actually loves
"So what happened Farkle?" I said seriously

Farkle pov

When Lucas and I walked in class Maya and Riley kept asking what was going on I obviously didn't want to answer their questions but I had to come up with something
"something came up I needed to clear my head for a bit Lucas helped me cheer up" I said with a faint smile
"shall we get back to cla-" as I was speaking the bell rang and interrupted me
Riley asked all of us if we wanted to go to her house after school of course we agreed
"yea that sounds like fun I'll meet you guys their I have to go take care of something at home"

Lucas pov

I went to go talk to Farkle in private after school
"Farkle how about I walk with you I don't want to be alone with the love triangle it gets crazy"
Riley was the only one who knew I was gay she just doesn't know who I actually like which was Farkle but he would never like me back he isn't gay he has the thing with Smackle I just wish things were different the best I could do is be there for him
I was so glad he let me walk with him but before we walked off Maya wanted to talk in private

Maya pov

"Hey huckleberry I want to talk to you alone"
We went over behind the school where there was nobody
"So I saw you and Farkle hugging in the hallway you mind explaining"

Lucas pov

Oh god how did she see I thought nobody was able to see us
"umm"
I couldn't think of anything
"Farkle needed a friend at the moment you should've seen how he was"
Maya asked me "are you two a thing?"
in my mind I wished we we're
"what no" I said with a bit of anger I can't let her find out that I'm gay she'll make fun of me more than she already does
"why would you think that Maya"
she told me to calm down she was just wondering but before she could finish Farkle called out my name and said
"Hey Lucas! You coming"
I yelled "yea i'm I'll be there in a sec!"
"I'll see you at Riley's Maya" I ran to Farkle quickly and gave him a smile and laughed and started walking to his house
