Chapter 2: Yellowjackets move in

A month later, yellowjackets came and built a nest in one of the trees. Some of the bees tried to find out what it was, but could not find out. For a while they thought it was a trap. Then they decided it was something else. Later they saw a yellowjacket and asked him what it was. He exclaimed, "It's a nest of course!"

At that point a bee went back to the hive to report.

"What?" the bees interjected "a nest?"

"Yes," he said.

"No nests here, please," said the bees,

"Why?" asked the yellowjacket, "never mind," said the bee that had just come back from reporting to the hive. So the yellowjackets moved in.
