You know Josh Segarra as Justin Voight on Chicago P.D. and Hector Ruiz on The Electric Company. Now Josh will be playing the new antagonist on Arrow and finally a love interest for Claire Holmes played by Haley Bush.
Most fans are excited because Claire hasn't had a great love interest since she first appeared on Arrow. Josh has met Haley's cousin Sophia on set of Chicago P.D.
When we asked Haley Bush what her opinion on Josh and his character she respond with, "He is still douche from high school and I'm not excited for this because we went to the same high school."
We asked what she meant, but she didn't answer as she went back to the set of The Flash for an episode she won't mention to us. We asked Josh about the whole situation and he didn't know what we were talking after mentioning Haley Bush.
