1. Open your picsart, at siguraduhin na kapag lalagyan mo ng oil painting yung character make sure na naka-place na siya sa bg wag munang lalagyan ng title.
2. Press the tools button then yung adjust naman yung hanapin mo.

3. Kapag nasa adjust ka na sundin mo lang tong pattern na to;
Brightness: it must +3 Contrast: +15 Saturation: +35 Highlights: -14

4. Now, sa effects ka naman ngayon at hanapin mo yung artistic then i-set mo siya sa effect na oil painting
5. Makikita mo namang..ang panget pa niyang tignan haha or lets say na hindi mo na makita yung mukha diba? So para makita na natin ng malinaw you need to less the percent of the amount
It should be; Amount: 10 Fade: 50
