Victoire Weasley smelled sage, the ocean, and wolfsbane in the Amorentia they brewed in class
The sage smell is from the greenhouses at Hogwarts. She often goes there to help Professor Sprout.

The smell of the ocean comes from her home. Shell cottage sits on the beach, and the sound and smell of the ocean lulled her to sleep when she was growing up.

The last smell, wolfsbane, is one she is familiar with because of Teddy. He take wolfsbane when its close to the full moon because it helps him not to feel as cranky and it relieves some of the pain he has.
