I wake up in a hospital bed with an IV in my arm. What happened? I look around and Shannnon is there sleep in the chair next to my bed. She opens her eyes a little bit and sees that im awake. " Hey.." she says in a raspy voice. "Hey babe. What happened?" she holds my hand. "The doctor said you have a concussion and that you should stay in the hospital for a couple of days to make sure its not more serious." im almost speechless." Are you ok?" i asked. She chuckles. "Why are you asking me that?" she says. "Cause i know i probably scared you and you've been here all night with me. I mean you really care about me and i love y--i mean i love that about you." i said. She smiles. "Well you've been there for me and i really care about you. I.....love you Carbear." she says with a tear. Without thinking i say...."I love you too Lil Bev." I put my hand on her cheek. She leaned in to kiss me. Then she climbed in the bed and i put my head on her chest. Then we fell asleep with out a car in the world. Just each other...
