The forest as quite, the only sound being the occasional chirp or tweet coming from the beings that dwelled within. However the serene atmosphere was soon broken by the loud shouts and shrieks coming from the camp hidden deep within the trees. Now this was not a normal camp by any means, sure it had activities, meal times and camp fires, but this camp was for special children. Divine children one might say. This was camp half blood. Where the children of the Greek gods learnt how to fight and use their abilities, some even going on quests to save the world or to stop a great enemy. This infamous camp was also a safe haven for Demigods thanks to a barrier created when Thalia ,(a daughter of Zeus), sacrificed her life to save her friends lives from one of the creatures that hunted them..

Now as for the earlier commotion it was not a result of an attack nor a game of capture the flag, but it was because of the children who were leaving to go home for the school term and later return during the school breaks

Now as for the earlier commotion it was not a result of an attack nor a game of capture the flag, but it was because of the children who were leaving to go home for the school term and later return during the school breaks. Rosabella stilinski was one of the campers leaving to go home, it would be her first time back home since she had arrived at camp half blood when she was 10. That was also the day she lost her father to a fury, whom tried to kill her right on the border of the camp. Thankfully it was not the initial attack from the fury that killed Lucas stilinski but the blood loss from the received wound. Ro had managed to kill the mythological being in an attempt to save him, (it was a lucky shot really), unfortunately it wasn't enough and not even the children of Apollo were able to save him.

But back to the protagonist of our story, Rosabella or Ro as she preferred to be called was a child of Aphrodite and before you begin your judging, comparing and stereotyping, she is unique and different from her half sisters and brothers. Not that they love her any less because of it, well except drew, however that comes down to the fact that Ro didn't submit and follow every order drew gave her, but that's a story for another time. Ro was different because she wanted to learn how to fight and defend herself and those she cares for, by the age of 15 she could have been mistaken for child of ares on the battle field. She also wasn't consumed by the need to impress boys or constantly wear make up, she wasn't bitchy and preferred to be active and involved wholly in every activity she took part in. Of course that doesn't mean that the other Aphrodite children couldn't defend themselves or Didnt join in with the camp activities, they just weren't as into it as she was. She was unique and her brothers and sisters loved her for it.

It had been almost 6 years since she had first arrived at the camp and now that she could finally defend and protect herself she was ready to return home, (but only for the school terms, after all being outside the camp was dangerous for demigods like herself.), She really had missed her mortal family, and she was excited to
be returning home even if it was only for the school. She hadn't seen her uncle Noah or cousin stiles in almost 6/7 years, well apart from when she went to her aunt Claudia's funeral but even then she didn't stay for long. She just couldn't wait to return back to beacon hills where she would be able to live life as if she was a normal teenager, away from danger and able to have a sense of normalcy....

However

What she got was far from what she was expecting, was a almost normal life really to much to ask for?
