Alright I just uploaded the next chapter of my Ghost and spiritual stuff book. In that chapter I wrote some exercises you can do to get a better bond with your Ghost leader and also exercises how you can get into contact with him. It took me two days to write it cause it was a bit difficult for me to write this, cause it's first super complicated to explain them and second I had a few problems with translating my German exercises into English cause I'm normally just talking German whenever I talk about spiritual stuff, but anyway I did it and tried to explain everything as easy as possible ... but somehow after I reread it everything sounds like it makes no sense ... oh well if you have any questions just ask me ... hope you like the new chapter.
