Hughs POV
Miss peregrine said we would be housing someone from Miss Ravens Home. Depending on how things went they might be staying with us for much longer than planned, at least that's what miss Peregrine said.
During lunch there was a knock on the door which surprised everyone for a moment then remembering the person that was coming to visit us.
Miss peregrine excused herself and greeted the guest before saying.
"Your just in time for lunch" Miss Peregrine said excited. You could hear a small 'really' before foot steps moved closer to the dining room.
Miss peregrine came out from behind the wall and said.
"Please make them feel welcome" and then following her a girl who looked around the age of 15-17 in a bright yellow dress and her H/l Lightly curled at the bottom.
Hugh mouth hung wide open. He didn't realise until he saw a few of the bees circle her. Before he could apologise she had started talking.
"Well hello there where'd you come from" she said, her voice soft and sweet. A few seconds later she had been answering her self "you came from Hugh? Who Hugh" she whispered only loud enough so that Hugh and Emma could have heard (because they were on the end of the table)
The bees made their way back to Hugh and the girl looked up and smiled at him before making her way towards him.
"Pleasure to meet you Hugh, I'm Y/n. Y/n L/n"
