there is a hospital bed where a man is laid there are many machines around him making the sound #beep#beep# he has tied bandaid at his forehead and leg and his hand seems to have been broken 

there is an old women beside him 

old women: yeh kya hogaya dev main  kuch Mahino key liye Bahar Kay chaligae aur yeh (sobbing) uth ja mere bacchhhe aapni maa ko itna bhi mat sata dev 

yes the woman is none other than devs mom ishwari and the man is none other than dev

On the other side there is a dark room and a figure in dark is looking at a picture that happens to be devs picture then the figure burns devs picture and gives an smirk the figure also looks to be injured and has a bandaid on its hand

there ishwari meets the doctor

ishwari: doctor mere dev kaisa hai I mean yeh sab kaise Hua 

doctor:MRS Dixit I have no idea yeh kaise Hua unhe jab yaha pe laya the then he was critical aur jab unhe dekha I recognized him aur Maine app ko phir call kiya

ishwari : APP ko koi andaza hai dev ko y aha  pe kon laya tha 

Doctor: unhe yaha pe ek admi leke aaya tha lekin jaise usse pata chala key main mr dixit ko janta  hu toh woh chala Gaya

ishwari : pata nahi doctor yeh hadsa kaise hua dev toh bahut acchi driving karta hai aur koi aisi baat hai jo appko pata hai

doctor : UMMM AISa toh kuch nahiMRS DIXIT PAR ha woh jab se yaha pe aaye hai neend mai bhi sonakshi sonakshi bar bara rahe the 

ishwari: SONAKSHI yeh SONAKSHI kon hai

girl: mr obodro kaha leke aae ho tum abb main aaakhe kohl skti hu 

there is dev taking a girl somewhere by covering her eyes 

dev: shhhhh Kitni impatient ho yaar tum sonakshi bas thud der bas

removes his hand from her eyes 

then there is a table decorated with flowers and everything is decorated in an romantic way there is an orchestra playing violin 

Sonakshi was surprised then dev slowly whispered in her ears 

dev : happy birthday beautiful 

sonakshi then turned around and gave him a kiss

Ishwari sleeping beside dev noticed a movement in his body and stood up she started to notice that he was gaining consciousness then she rushed outside shouting for doctor

then he opened his eyes he had no idea where he was he started growing restless his pulse started increasing ishwari with the doctor rushed inside by hearing him shout then dev started getting restless his pulse increased faster and faster the nurses were trying to hold him but he was getting more restless and was taking sonakshi's name then finally the doctor gave him an injection and he was calmed
