Amelia is pretty eh from these skills. I don't know how I feel about putting two armor knights on one team, plus it does not stack. If Amelia has a lot of hp, Earth Boost could be useful. She will most likely be speedy like in SS. also Scared Cowl. I can't say anything about this since I don't know how her res will be (most likely decent like most heroes armor knights).
