I walked into the diner again for the sixth time that week. I wondered if the Waiter Boy would be there. I didn't see him, but instead saw a note pressed into the booth's shiny blue seat. I picked it out and read it.

Dear double chocolate muffin and espresso,
Is it bad that I wait for you every day?
I love your smile in every way.
The shining eyes, the glistening hair,
Cloudless skies, skin so fair.
Wow, I'm dumb.
I wrote a poem.
That's a first.
I like you.

Sincerely Yours,
A Friend

I smiled to myself. In spite of this being a love note, it was quite sweet how he admitted to liking me. I immediately grabbed a pen and wrote back.

Dear Friend,
Poetry is worldwide,
Nothing wrong with what's inside.
I don't know you, or where you went
But thanks for all the complements!
You probably wished to know my name,
But what if instead we played a game?
My name end with "N", and starts with " R",
And to be honest, Falcon isn't too far...
Do you have it yet?
No?
Good luck ;),
Double Chocolate muffin and an Espresso

The note was placed in the exact place I had found it, seemingly a napkin on a booth. I smiled to myself, hoping he'd find it soon.
