An awkward silence of us just staring at each other lasted for awhile. He gets up and grabs a hoodie off the floor pulling it over his head. "Sorry about last night, was my last time to party before classes, wanted to make the best of it. Oh also I hadn't put my bed sheets on yet so.."he says. "Ya no it's okay don't worry" I interrupt. "Did you miss your class this morning? Sorry I wasn't sure if I should have woken you or not." I say. He turns and grins
at me "I was a bit late but I made it"
"So what are you taking" I say to make conversation, although I am curious.
"Uh some like communications stuff"
"Your into communications?" I ask "Well no, look i'm just here for the fun stuff, I needed an easy course to get by while barely trying, ya know?" He says. I scoff. "So is us getting put in a dorm together part of your 'fun stuff'" I ask. "No I didn't plan that, we both just got lucky" he winks. I melt a little. I want to tell my friends so badly, I can't though if I want him to stay. Wait, do I even want him to stay? Should I tell the dean there was a mistake? Forget that, why would I not want him to stay.
" you have any classes later?" he asks "no i'm done for today" I answer.
"Wanna watch a movie?" he asks. "I shouldn't-I have work to do" He pulls my arm and I fall onto his bed nestled right into him. He reaches out for the remote and turns the Tv on. What is happening, I question myself. I can feel myself blushing. I look up at him and a noise leaves my mouth like i'm trying to say I can't do this but my body won't let me. He looks down at me "why do you always look so worried" he laughs then looks back to the tv. I say nothing. I relax and take advantage of the moment. Clearly he doesn't mind. I stretch my arm across and i squeeze him a little. I'm so calm and relaxed. I close my eyes and fall asleep. I feel him fall asleep shortly after.
