I was getting cold, but I stayed out there wanting some sort of affirmation before I went back in. I let my head rest on the my knees so I could rest my eyes and hopefully warm up my face. She casually tried to cheer me up with her soft voice, but I was unwilling to respond. She was persistent and managed to sneak a chuckle out of me, which led to her holding me. I sighed of relief and wrapped my arms around her to. I looked over to her and she gave me the most gentle gaze. She was always so good at knowing exactly what I needed. I just wish she truly knew how great she is.
