Alex: did you tell anyone?
Lauren: no! Why would I? If someone knew, my life would be, strange.

Gray: slide? Is that some sort of new thing the kids are talking about??
Lauren: no letting something slide is when someone does something bad, and you just don't worry about it!
Alex: and there appeared to be no warnings either
Gray: warmings?
Alex: no warnings! You know, three strikes your out?
Gray: what?
Lauren: if someone does something bad, then you let them off with a warning. Most teachers do three warnings and then send them to detention.
Gray: thank you for teaching me these new words! Everyone! Please hand back your detention slips! Your let of with a warning!
