So Amy was sent to Azkaban because the minister think her and Dumbledore are trying to take over the ministry. The Dementors are sucking her happy memories away from her and she still won't give up because she uses non verbal, wandless magic to chase them away from her. At the end of the order of the Phoenix there was a battle at the ministry 4 months after Amy was taken to Azkaban now the ministry now know the truth but Sirius died because Bellatrix shot a killing curse at him and he fell through the veil. Voldemort and Dumbledore had a massive fight and at the end Harry got possessed by him and Harry thought him of because of love and friendship. Amy gets let out of Azkaban but she still have nightmares of the place. Sev was over joyed.
