What You Need:
•Picture of your Character
•Phone Flat Lay (Just search on any search engine and it will show up)

Step 1: Open PicsArt

Step 2: Tap 'edit' and choose your Phone Flat Lay

Step 3: Next is tap 'Draw'

Step 4: Next is add photo of your character

Step 5: Align the picture

Step 6: Choose the 'shape' and then erase.

Step 7: Now erase all the extra shinanegans

AND AFTER THAT TAP APPLY AND SAVE YOUR WORK NOW PUT SOME FONTS AND THEN IT WILL LOOK LIKE THIS:
