if y'all don't know what sleep terrors (aka night terrors) are, its when someone wakes up (usually during the early morning) scremaing, thrashing and kicking. this sleeping disorder can cause serious and fatal injuries (while they're trying to escape from their bed).

i know my description wasn't very well written, seeing as im not an expert on the subject. so, search it up if you want more info about sleep terrors.
