Hundreds of years have passed since the last war in the land of Hythor. But ever since the rediscovery of the Hyron, an ancient glass orb that holds the magical life of Hythor in balance, the island has been in a turmoiling chaos.
Fieries and Nymphs, with extra help from the Elders, make up the Good Marked Side, striving to keep the Hyron safe and out of the enemy's grasp. Mages, Shadows, and Dregs make up the Evil Marked Side, an unlikely alliance that lusts for the power of the Hyron. They wage the first war the Hythor has seen in centuries, against each other.
