With the Doctor being a new person entirely and Sloan becoming her Time Lord self again it's taking it's toll on Rose Tyler. The two seem even closer than ever since returning to her from the Game Station. Even then Sloan is trying to get used to herself and the Newest Doctor, who still isn't her raggedy man.
