Eyes like holes in the sky
Note: This one I actually copied, I remember hearing it in a Pink Floyd documentary where the guys talked about Syd Barrett and how he changed after becoming addicted to drugs. I remember Roger (the bassist) talking about Syd and how everyone described his eyes as being holes in the sky, how he could look right through you without recognising you or saying anything. When I wrote this down I didn't actually realise they then used it in Wish You Were Here (which if you couldn't guess was written about him) and since the song along with that quote it has and always will stick with me.
