Look in the mirror,
What do you see?
I see a girl,
Staring back at me.
She smiles for the camera,
Accepting defeat.
So many imperfections,
So little time,
Even makeup can't cover that,
She persuades herself she's fine.
But deep down she knows,
The entire town is laughing behind her back,
If only she could have,
The beauty she seemed to lack.
But her inner self suddenly shined through,
She has beauty inside and out,
And somehow she knew...

This kind of comes from experience, though I can't say the same about the last part.
I was diagnosed with anxiety, and it really does affect you.
Just stay positive!
