the way your petite feet sound when
you gradually walk towards me.
it was light, like a feather
on cotton.

when you get my attention, it
was always your fingers on my skin
or a kiss to my neck.
your lips were delicate, like a daisy.
fragile like glass.

we were like two peas in a pod.
your presence meant everything to me. that mind captivated me
like a fish on a hook.

the way you'd play with
my emotions.
you knew what you were doing,
yet you'd brush it aside.
fuckin' tease.
still made me laugh, nonetheless.

you cared about my ass.
how I was mentally, emotionally and physically.

I cared about you too,
believe it or not.

when we talked to each other,
I made sure to listen to
every single word that escaped
from that pretty little mouth
of yours.

whenever you looked at me,
I couldn't help but smile.
you made me giddy, like a
little kid surrounded by
candy.

I adored your personality,
admired your appearance
& loved you, as a human being.
