Chapter 28

Maya POV

The next morning I woke up before Lucas and Cailyn did at around 7:30 which was fine because my alarm was set for 8:30 anyways. Since Cailyn was still asleep I thought I'd take advantage of the alone time one last time before Lucas left for the airport. I rolled over on top of him and couldn't help but think of how adorable he looked sleeping soundly below me.

"Wake up, Huckleberry." I whispered as I leaned down and placed my lips on his.

"What time is it?" he mumbled.

"It's almost 8:00. Cailyn is still sleeping so I thought we could take advantage of the alone time one last time before you left me for 4 days." I said to him.

Lucas placed his hand under the blanket and pulled my t-shirt so he had better access to my stomach. I felt him as he brushed his hand along my belly and began making his way into my underwear. "I didn't know you wanted me that bad." he said then I felt him begin to rub my clit.

"Fuck." I moaned.

"You're so hot, Maya." he said as he slid off my underwear.

After a few seconds he inserted a couple of his fingers inside of me. I moved my hips as he began to work me with his fingers and couldn't help but moan at the sensation he was giving me. He really knew what I liked and didn't like. I knew at any second I was going to lose all control. Once he got me off moved down his body and released him from his pants. He groaned as my mouth made contact with his skin. I continued to work him with my tongue and I felt his hands go into my hair. I heard him grunt which only turned me on more. After a few seconds he had me stop and I made my way back up to him. At this point I wanted him so bad. Lucas flipped us over so now he was on top of me. A few seconds later I felt him begin to insert himself inside of me. I moaned as soon as his skin made contact with mine. He began to thrust in and out of me.. Lucas leaned in and began kissing my neck which was my weakness and he knew it. 

"Fuck, Lucas you're killing me." I moaned.

"So fucking good" he mumbled.

It wasn't long before either one of us reached climax. He collapsed on the bed next to me and we both took a few minutes to catch our breath.

"One of these days you are going to be the death of me." I said to him as I laid there breathlessly.

"I can say the same for you. Fuck." he said and I couldn't help but laugh.

"I love you. I don't want you to leave." I said to him as I cuddled into him.

"I love you too and I don't want to leave either." he replied. "But luckily its only going to be 4 days until I see you."

"I know. At least there is FaceTime for us.

"Yes you guys need to FaceTime me every day.

"We will." I answered.

Lucas and I cuddled for a little while longer before deciding it was time to get up and get him around so he could leave for his flight. While he showered I helped him pack his bag and as I was in the middle of finishing things up Cailyn came into our room.

"Good morning sleepy head." I greeted her as she made her way onto our bed.

"Good morning Mama." she said with a smile.

"How about we get your dressed so you are ready for when we take Daddy to the airport." I said to her.

"Okay Mama. Are still going to eat bekfast?" she asked me.

"Yes we are. Mama is going to get you dressed then hop in the shower." I replied.

I took Cailyn into her room and picked out a cute short outfit for her to wear. Once I got her dressed we did her hair in pigtails then we went to see what Lucas was up to. He was done taking his shower now so I deiced to take mine. It was 9:30 when we left the house to meet Lucas which was good because we had plenty of time to get breakfast before Lucas had to catch his flight.  We planned on meeting his mom at the airport after breakfast. Cailyn was super excited to see Grammy before we left. 

"Daddy are you and Grammy going to be in a big plane?" Cailyn asked as she took a bite of the waffle she was eating. 

"Yep. You and Mama are going to ride in one too." Lucas replied. 

"I'll miss you Daddy." she said to him. 

"I know pumpkin. I'm going to miss you too but you'll have lots of fun with Mama and I'm sure Aunt Riley too." he replied with a smile. 

"We are going to FaceTime Daddy every night before bed." I said to her to reassure her that things would be okay. 

"I want to FaceTime Grammy too." She said happily.

"You can FaceTime her. Mama has her number." Lucas replied.  

The three of us finished our breakfast then headed off to the airport. We got there and Lucas checked in and checked all his bags in. His Mom had already checked in so we went to meet up with her. As soon as Cailyn saw her she took of running.

"GRAMMY!" she yelled excitedly. 

"Hello sweet pea." Lucas mom greeted as she picked up Cailyn into her arms. 

"I miss you when you gone Grammy." Cailyn said as she hugged her. 

"I'll miss you too but I'll see you soon. You want to go look at the airplanes with me?" his mom asked. 

"Yeah!" Cailyn said excitedly. 

Lucas Mom asked us if it was okay and we told her it was fine. I figured it would be nice to see Lucas alone before he left. 

"Text me when you land in Texas." I said to him as I stood in front of him.

Lucas pulled me closer to him and I hugged him. "I'll text you as soon as I get there. Are you going to be okay?" he asked me. 

"Yeah I'll be fine." I said with a smile as I looked up at him. "Baby girl will be a great distraction." 

"I love you." he said before placing his lips on mine kissing me ever so soflty. 

"I love you too." I replied with a smile. 

At that moment Cailyn came running back to us. Lucas picked her up in his arms and she hugged him tightly. 

"I love you so much Munchkin. I will talk to you and Mommy tonight okay?" he said to her. 

"I love you too Daddy. We FaceTime you later." She said with a smile. 

"You better." he said to her. "Be good for Mama okay?" 

"I always good for Mama." Cailyn said and I chuckled. 

Lucas placed Cailyn on the ground and she ran over to his Mom. The two had a sweet moment of saying goodbye and shortly after Lucas and his Mom had to get going. I kissed Lucas once more before watching him walk off the to TSA line. Once he was out of sight I took Cailyn's hand and together we left the airport. I was going to miss Lucas a lot those 4 days I wouldn't be with him but I'd be okay since I'd have my baby girl. Ever since Cailyn and Lucas entered my life again I feel like this is a big moment for me as a Mom because its the first time I'm going to have Cailyn by myself for 4 days while Daddy is gone. I was looking forward to it but also was going to miss Lucas. I couldn't wait for our little Texas get away and I know Cailyn was excited too. I guess you could call it our first mini family vacation away from NYC.
