Chapter 37

(Y/N) P.O.V

It's the end of the week and I'm officially free. I sat down in Chemistry next to Betty
"Hey so I'm free wanna hang out tonight?" I asked she looked at me and smiled
"Sounds great, my parents are gone for the weekend so I have the house to myself so we can hang out there,I'll text V to see if she wants to join us"
"Sounds like a plan" I said
"(Y/N) I'm surprised I thought you would be hanging out with Jughead"
"Oh I would be but Archie has been bugging him for days to hang out the minute he's done being grounded."

Surpassingly that's not a lie Jughead told me this morning while walking me to class that Archie has been bugging him to catch up. He feels bad being preoccupied with football that they never hang out just them. I told him no problem and that we will have plenty of time tomorrow to spend together, he smiled before walking into his class.

"So my house around 7" Betty asked
"Yeah sounds great, let me know if Veronica is joining"
"Will do" school resumed like normal when I was walking out to head home I felt a arm swing around me and pull me close
"Where are you going?" It was Jughead
"Home" I responded confused
"Alone? With a killer on the loose?" He asked half joking half concerned
"Jughead thank you for the concern but I'll be fine" I said
"I know, I just wants to spend time with you before I go to Archie's"

I smiled and kissed him on the cheek. Well I was aiming for the kiss but he turned his head at the last minute and brought his lips against mine. His arm broke from my shoulders and wrapped around my waist, pulling me close. I was surprised Jughead normally doesn't show affection unless we are alone or in a both at Pops and it's only us and our friends. But right now he was kissing me passionately in front of the entire school, not that I was complaining. He broke apart the kiss only for his lips to trail down my neck and stop at my collarbone
"I missed you" he said before sucking at my collarbone. I couldn't hold back a small moan, Jughead being so needy in public there was just something about it.
"When are you going to Archie's?" I asked he broke away to answer
"Later this evening"
"Perfect" I grabbed his hand and pulled him to my house. I opened the door and shoved him against the wall kissing him. He responded with equity as much force and next thing I know he's pining me on my bed.
"I missed you" he said "I missed this"
"I missed you too" I responded

"Do you have to go?" Jughead asked lying in my bed sheets covering the waist down, his hair a mess and clothes
discarded all over the place. I looked at him and my stomach did a flip, he looked so good casually in my bed that I just wanted to climb back in and say screw everything.

"Yes, I'm sorry Jughead but I promised Betty and I have a plan" I said while putting on my clothes
"Ooh do tell" he said with a smile "I love your plans" I went to my closet and pulled out the bag.
"In this bag is some stuff my dad gave me, everything was broken but I managed to fix it and I'm going to see if I can do some snooping at Betty's place tonight."
"Why?" Jughead asked
"I think Polly might know why Jason was leaving Riverdale that day he was killed but Polly is..."
"Somewhere that only her parents know"
"Exactly so if I find a address or overhear a conversation or something I can find Polly and get answers"
"Does Betty know your doing this?"
"No I'm gonna talk to her tonight I would understand if she didn't want me to bug her house or go snooping around" Jughead nodded

"So what are your plans tonight?" I asked
"Nothing much just gonna be over at Archie's playing video games" I nodded then checked the time it was 6:30
"I have to go I'm sorry we planned to meet at Betty's at 7 I think Veronica is gonna be there too. He nodded and I leaned over to kiss him
"Have fun don't do to much sleuthing" he said with a smile only for me to smile back
"You have fun too" he nodded and got out of my bed and got dressed. I grabbed my stuff and sent a text to my mom saying I'm hanging out with Betty tonight, then we both went down the stairs and went out the door. Jughead held my hand the whole way there

"I don't regret what we did even if it got us in trouble"
"Me neither" I responded "although I'm still wondering about that snake" we both laughed and before long we made it to Archies and Betty's house. He gave me a quick kiss before walking towards the Andrews house. I waved as I walked towards the Coopers and knocked on the door waiting for Betty to open it. I herd Archie open the door to let Jughead in asking what took him so long he responded he was with me then Archie looked outside and I waved at him he smiled waved back then closed the door.
