Well where should i start?

In this 4 months try this is my 3th try to become a fitgirl.

At the moment i'm on a internship, for about 5 months which i promised myself i would reduce fat, which i did for the first 2 months really good with excersise and a healthy lifestyle and i lost alot of weight. I haven't  been quite active when the 3th month kicked in, i gave myself alot of excuses. Well i'm done, i have to work harder, try harder! No music if i dont excersise that moment till i do!

Its quite hard knowing how it is to be motivated but now you're mind is working againt you asking the question if i should quit and my thought was hell no, thats why writing here and i need to keep writing here.

I'm working in spain for about 1 month more for an internship school told me to go, so i'm working 6 days a week from 10:30 till 00:00 with a lot of breaks but still its hard to find a pattern in here to sport so i do it usally at 8 o 'clock before work time unless offcourse i am free or something.

I have a cheatday every saturday, if i break that cheatday somehow i have to register, sadly enough i did break it yesterday. I ate an hamburger and a pizza! I felt so bad afterwards. I've never been this disappointed in a while!

So on to a new Journey, this is going to be something :)
