Hey everyone!

Welcome to our Brunch Book Club, where all genres are welcome! Before I start things off, I'd like to introduce myself. I'm disunite ! I would appreciate it if you gave me a follow before you continue.

The rules are simple. And there won't be many.

❁ NO HATE COMMENTS ❁

These are just distasteful anyway. You must try to give authors CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM.

Example:

✔️"I found the first chapter a little confusing. Maybe you should add more descriptions and context?"

❌ "Wow this sucks. I have no idea what you're blabbering about."

❁ STAY ACTIVE ❁

It's extremely important that all members complete their tasks. I understand some of you guys are really busy. If you cannot complete the weekly task, just PM this account for an extension.

❁ NO CHEATING ❁

Yes, you must read TWO chapters of each assigned book. I'm good at fishing out fake comments, so don't try cheating! In each comment, you should write something about plot, characters, descriptions and punctuation/grammar. Try to focus on at least 2 of these!

Saying "Fix your grammar" isn't enough. Be specific, so the author can go back and correct their works.

There should be at least ONE inline comment and ONE generic comment on EACH chapter. Generic comments must be longer than 5 lines.

❁ BOOKS IN ENGLISH ONLY ❁

I know languages are important, but not everyone can speak another language.

❁ STRIKES ❁

Each member has the right to TWO strikes before suspension. I know it sucks, but we need to keep the members as active as possible.
