Minori is described as an idiotic, obnoxious, chatterbox from a certain someone. She is very social, she love being surrounded with people. Minori is the type of person who speak what pops in her mind, thus causing her to be in a load of trouble. She is dense and thick headed at times. Although Minori shows a strong and cheerful character, she tends to be sensitive, lazy and awkward when around people she don't really see often or when she tries to make acquaintance. Her ability to cook is below expectations so her roommate ends up cooking for her. She can be a dere-dere at times. She is normally very boyish compare to the other girls at school.

Minori is born into a family who love sports, who also played millions of different possibilities. But she was the only one who didn't participated in any physical activities. One day, she went to Tokyo with her father thus she met Riko Aida (15 at the time). She who taught and expressed her love for the sport 'basketball'. (Riko is one year older than her)
Minori became interested and began researching and finding different training exercises for her long distant friend.
