Yes, this a Kaijudo story. Yes, I do like Kaijudo. No, it's not childish. If you do not know what Kaijudo is then try finding it online. It's a great show.

Ray? Ray? You must be careful Ray. Soon, the Choten will find the Truth. Yes, he is close to it. The Truth about the Vail, and the Key to take the Vail down. You must be careful Ray. Yes, careful.

Ray woke in a cold sweat. He sighed and looked at his clock: 4:15 a.m. (I doubt I'll get anymore sleep tonight.) the half-Japanese boy thought as he got out of bed. He made his way to the bathroom, careful not to wake his mom and grandpa. Ray turned on the light, quietly closed the door, and filled the tube with cold water. He climbed into the tube, a sigh of relief escaped his mouth as his hot flesh met the cool water. He closed his eyes, letting his body relax. Sadly, his mind could not. (Why? Why do I keep having that same dream?) And it was the same dream.

For as long as Ray could remember he's had dreams about strange creatures; now he knows that those 'dreams' were caused by the fact that he had been born on the Kaijudo side of the Vail. But these dreams were different. They started after the first time he visited the Kaijudo Realm, not counting when he was a baby, wisps of unknown dreams staying in his head when he woke up. Since then, every time he visited the Kaijudo Realm he's dreams became more and more concrete. Not wanting to worry his friends and family, the boy kept his dreams a secret from everyone except Bob. Ray tried to study what the dreams meant by looking through the old scrolls in Master Nadia's library, till the woman got too suspicious. So, he had to make due with the websites about dreams, and books when he really needed it.

KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK

"Ray? Are you alright Sweety?" The worried voice of his mother reached from the other side of the door.

Ray's eyes opened, "Yeah, I'm alright mom. I, ah, just wanted to take a bath this morning. Did I wake you?"

"Really? Well, ok. And don't worry, it was my alarm clock that woke me. Just finish up quickly, I need to get ready to you know. haha"

"Yeah, I'm almost done anyways. Be out in a minute." He called out. (I must of fallen asleep if Mom's getting up already.) He sighed and drained the water from the tube. (And now to suffer through another trying day.)

"Yo Ray, what's up?" The boy turned to see his three human friends.

"Hey guys. I'm fine, a little tired, but fine."

"You seem to be more than just a 'bit tired'." The blond girl reported, seeing the dark circles under Ray's eyes.

"I agree with Allie." The African-American boy said.

The Hispanic girl nodded her head. "Yeah. It looks like you took a ride through crazy town."

"I'm fine. Really guys, it's nothing you need to worry about. I've just had a hard time getting to sleep lately." The bell rang. "Oh, looky there. We better get to class." Ray moved away from his friends, letting out a breath he didn't even know he was holding. (Maybe I should tell them about the dream.) The boy shook his head. (No, I don't want to put them in anymore danger. Damn, this is hard.)

Meanwhile, Lucy, Allie, and Gabe watch their friend leave. They new that something was wrong with the boy they respected and loved. The three looked at each other and nodded, it was time to get the Masters involved.

Ray looked around the arena to find that all of the Masters were going to be watching the training. (I wonder why they all showed up?) The boy thought as he readied his gauntlet and turned to Lucy. The gong was struck.

"Roaming Bloodmane!" Lucy summoned, catching Ray off with her quickness.

"Tatsurion the Unchained!" Ray summoned, a bit to late. When Bob came through the portal, he found his duelist's shield up as Roaming Bloodmane kept pouncing.

"RAY!!" The half-Fire half-Nature being shouted. Bob knocked the Nature creature away and tossed the young human onto his back. "You good enough to fight, Little Warrior?"
