Becoming friends

Sabrina pov:

Wow.This girls cute.I look around.No police,I must have gotten away.
"Why are you here?"she asks.
She sounds scared.its kinda cute.
"Well , see they police cars that just went by?"
"Yeahhh...?"
"Well they're kinda,sorta after me.i think I got away though"
Just as I say that I hear police sirens and then I look down and see several police men looking up.I hear one shouting "THERE SHE IS!"

Crap.

I jump into the beautiful brunettes bedroom and quickly shut the window.

Rileys pov:

"What are you doing!?"I shout (luckily my parents aren't home)
"The cops.Theyre after me!"
"Please just let me hide here for a while.I promise I will leave as soon as I can"
How could I say no to her?
"Yeah..i guess that would be fine."
I sit at the window and Maya comes and sits next to me.
"What did you do?"I ask her.
"I done nothing!"
Now I'm confused.
"Then why are the police after you?"
"My 'friend' set me up!we were in a jewlery shop and when I wasn't looking she put $1000 worth of jewlery in my bag.Then went to the manager and told him that she saw me stealing!"
"Oh my god..."
How could someone do something like this to maya!?

Mayas pov:

Me and Riley quickly became friends.We talked for hours.
"Well it looks like the police have given up."I say
"Oh"Riley says looking kinda disappointed.
"I guess I can go now.."
"Oh ,yeah I guess.."Riley mumbles
"Where are you gonna go?"she asks
I never thought about that.I ran away from home and I don't have any other friends or family...
"I don't know"i say
"You could stay here for a few days" Riley offers
"Are you sure?"
"What are friends for?Riley smiles
I smile and hug her for a few seconds too long..
