Raindrops

Pit Pat Pit Pat
I watch the raindrops by the window sill
Tick Tock Tick Tock
Time passes by but I remain still

Pit Pat Pit Pat
On my little desk I sat
Drip Drop Drip Drop
I laid my heavy head on the desktop

Rain is like music to my ears
It is like music that overcome my fears
With the rain, I let out silent tears
Tears that I hid all these years

The rain is like a sweet lullaby
It makes my eyelids heavy as time pass by
With my calm breathing and steady heartbeat
I fell into darkness that's so deep

Pit Pat Pit Pat
I listen to the raindrops by the window sill
Tick Tock Tick Tock
Time passes by but I remain still

Pit Pat Pit Pat
On the horizon, the orange sun sat
Drip Drop Drip Drop
It finally sets with the last raindrop
