"We're going to go meet up with Jacob to come up with a plan"bella tells me
"Bella he doesn't wanna talk to you right now"rosalie said rubbing my shoulder my back was faced the door so I couldn't see her face
"He has to understand that it's dangerous for Edward and I to be apart"bella said I got up and shut the door in her face
"Elijah"Esme said said scolding me
"What? What did I do wrong this time?"I asked her throwing my hands in the air
"Just try and listen to her"she tells me
"I listened I've been listening and all I hear is Bella wants this Bella wants that Bella did this Bella said that she's not the only one in danger here or does no one care about my life except Rosalie"i said folding my arms Rosalie rubbed my arms
"Of course we care"carsile said I scoffed
"Not as much as Bella's"i said shaking my head
"Elijah we care about you but we think you can come across a little too harsh"alice said
"She wanted the truth I gave it to her I don't sugarcoat things"i said grabbing my jacket
"Maybe you shouldn't either"i said turning to leave
"Elijah"rosalie said suddenly in front of me
"I'm sorry but I'm not gonna change and I'm not gonna apologize"i said folding my arms
"first she gets angry when I don't tell her the truth or anyone of us lie to her and when I tell her the truth I'm coming across too harsh"i said furrowing my eyebrows
"I'm with Elijah on this one"emmett said
"Thank you Emmett at least someone other than Rosalie who gets me"i said throwing my hands in the air
"I'll be upstairs"i said before going upstairs I laid on the bed closing my eyes suddenly there was a dip in the bed
"I know that's you rose"i said she laughs and I opened my eyes
"I don't wanna talk about it"i told her she lays beside me propping up on her elbow
"good neither do I"she said ran my fingers through her silky smooth hair before I heard my chirpy soon to be sister in law voice
"knock knock"Alice said opening the door
"yes alice?"I asked her
"Rosalie and I have to pick out dresses"she says clapping in excitement
"oh god"Rosalie groaned
"good luck"i said she gets up
"I'll see you later"she said moving to leave but I blocked her way
"aren't you forgetting something? "I asked her I pulled her in for a kiss before she could protest
"bye Elijah"she said smiling into the kiss I chuckled pulling away and moving out the way leaning against the door

It was finally the night before the battle I stood on the balcony looking out into the woods
"i can sense your obsessive worrying all the way from downstairs"Rosalie said making me chuckle holding out my arm she ducks under it and wrapped her arms around my waist
"yeah well as a human I'm allowed to worry"i said rubbing her arm before I realized she called it obsessive worrying
"and hey you're the one leaving me with Edward and Bella while you go to battle"i said looking down at her
"as your fiance I'm allowed to worry "obsessively"i added putting emphasis on the word obsessive
"and as your fiance I'm allowed to tell you that there's is nothing to worry about"she said before pulling me inside I sat in the bed pulling her on my lap
"we have the numbers Elijah everything's gonna be okay"she said tucking her hair behind her ear
"it better be because who else is gonna meet me at the alter"i said she laughs and hesitates to kiss me it was amazing that after all this time she still hesitates to kiss me I kissed her back my hands finding her waist before moving around to her lower back I pulled off her shirt
"rose?"I asked pulling away and laying her on the bed
"yeah?"she asked
"I love you"i said she smiles god that smile would be the death of me
