I knew I had to be smart about getting his tears, I have had him wrapped around my finger since we started dating. Probably before we even started dating. I don't think Percy even broke free from the scarf spell. Not many people know this but once you touch Aphrodite's scarf you will immediately fall in love with the first person you see. Luckily the first person he saw was me.
I suspected that Rachel had an idea about it and had been trying to free him. Later I realized she had a stupid mortal crush on him. That's it, I thought all I did was to have a prophecy about me and campers would come to me, No, that wouldn't work.
Argh I am so stupid. I have a hat of freaking invisibility. That night I put on my hat and snuck into camp half blood. But I couldn't get through the border because Athena disowned me. Dam you Athena. I guess the fates were on my side because at that moment Percy walked right out holding hands with a girl. I didn't know her. She had brown hair and her shirt had a picture of a man with two faces a daughter of Janus. I walked up to Percy and immediately he started bawling his eyes out I collected some of his tears and walked away
