Rogue and Apollo were out grazing in StreamHerd's grounds, talking to each other about what life was like alone.
It soon turned to dusk and Rogue took Apollo through the woods in StreamHerd. The trees whistled around from the light gust of wind. It buffeted their manes, making seem like they were flying.
The bright moon glistened on their fur and made their eyes gleam against the dark scenery. They stood together in silence, listening to the birds and trees rattle around. "Apollo?" Rogue asked.
"Yeah."
"I want another foal." Rogue nickered quietly, a bit embarrassed for asking. Apollo thought for a moment then he smiled.
"Me too." He added, grooming Rogue's back. "I want to be an actual father and help raise the foal." He whinnied and the two of them stood in the moonlight, looking among the stars for the lost.
Blaze watched as Apollo and Rogue hugged in the midnight. She eventually found out what happened to Raja and was heartbroken. She loved the buckskin stallion like he was her closest friend. But she was the daughter of the two biggest villains ever known, horses would want her dead.
"I wish I had love like that." She sighed and watched with curiosity. She watched for a few more heartbeats then continued down the path she walked every night, going back and forth between the herds and the lonely rocks she lived under.
